Please email or call us with the property address.  If there is a lock box please give us the combination. Let us know what improvements will be needed.  Give us a time-frame or completion date.  You will receive an estimate within 48 hours.  If you need an estimate sooner let us know and we will put a rush on it.  Please include your contact information and fax number.  Indicate whether you need the estimate faxed or emailed.  Thank you again for considering the Touch-Up Man.
